Rose’s campaign biography highlights her extensive background in customer service,

hospitality, and support roles spanning from 1976 to 2000, including her current

position as a receptionist at the highly respected local family business Heritage

Kitchen & Bath Center.

In addition to her professional experience, Rose has been actively involved in

community service through her affiliation with the United Way.

Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, and raised in Bolton, Connecticut, Rose’s

upbringing in a family that owned a general store instilled in her the value of building

relationships with both people and the community. Her parents’ example taught her the

significance of these connections and the importance of serving the community.

Through various jobs, Rose honed her skills in understanding the needs and

challenges of small businesses. She is deeply committed to bolstering Manchester’s

economy and creating an environment where local businesses can prosper.

Rose’s motivation for running for office is rooted in her desire to see Manchester’s

small businesses reach their full potential. She is dedicated to supporting the needs of

small businesses, first responders, and the community by making well-informed

decisions that benefit Manchester. She recognizes the unique qualities that make

Manchester special and aims to unite the community in a mission to provide equal

opportunities for all residents, enhance safety on the streets, and make housing more

affordable.

Why I am Running / Issues:

Rose is running out of a desire to see Manchester small business thrive and grow to

their fullest potential. She believes in supporting the needs of the small business, the

first responders and the community by making sound decisions on what is truly best

for Manchester. She appreciates what makes the town of Manchester special and

desires to see the community united in mission to provide equal opportunities for all its

residents, safer streets and affordable housing.
